The redirect service is offered to our customers in order to be used for:
- a shorter link than real destination link is (for social media links, limited size QR code text and so on)
- to register an action of link click from a different source than web page like an email.
- any other situation where a soft redirect is required

The name is short enough to be successfully used in different scenario's where a very short link may be required.
Name is not important as it will be used to create links or QR codes redirects.
